Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing Tatryx services or using Kairo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Beta Software

Kairo is currently in private beta. The software is provided "as is" without warranty. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted during the beta period.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Kairo for illegal purposes
• Attempt to circumvent licensing or device limits
• Reverse engineer the application
• Share your license with unauthorized users

4. License

A Kairo license grants you a personal, non-transferable right to install and use the Kairo desktop application on up to the number of devices specified by your plan.

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. Unused time is not refunded except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tatryx shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the prior 12 months.
